Stages of the process
DIE-CASTING
Foundry with modern die-casting machinery.
FINISH OF THE RAW PIECE
Surface processing is carried out for deburring and cleaning.
DECORATION
Different proposals are submitted including painting, PVD, screen printing, hot stamping, digital printing and iridescent PVD.
ASSEMBLY AND GLUING
It is a production unit specializes in the assembly and gluing of different components and also in the application of them on bottles or other material we receive from customers.
